BIRTHING PACKAGES

- Two prenatal sessions to discuss your desires for your birth, to help prepare you and your partner for labor, to learn each other, and to discuss how you would like for me to be incorporated into all of it. 

- Labor support from the time you request me for 24+ hours (I then reserve the right to call in a backup at that point, with no extra charge to you.)

- First consultation is always free.

- Help in designing a birth plan that works for you.

- One postpartum visit to recap your birth, check in on breastfeeding relationship, and refer you to needed resources. Resources such as chiropractic, pelvic floor therapist, counseling, lactation consultant etc. 

- Weekly evidence-based emails pertaining to pregnancy, labor, breastfeeding, postpartum, vaccines, and circumcision topics if you desire.

- On call for two weeks before and two weeks after your "due" date.

- Text and email support throughout pregnancy with quick response.

- Photos and birth timeline (if desired) given at the first postpartum meeting.

-This package is the same as my "basic" package except that I would be available to attend two postpartum meetings. These meetings would include emotional support along with breastfeeding help and encouragement. This would also mean that I would be available to you for longer than the normal two weeks past your due date.

Consists of the entirety of my basic package with an additional $100 added for placenta encapsulation services. I will return your placenta to you usually within 48 hours (depending on how long it takes for your placenta to dehydrate as no two placentas are the same) in capsule form that you can consume daily by mouth as a supplement. Information as to why placenta ingestion is beneficial will be given to you prior to encapsulation as well as instructions on how and when to take it. 

* A nonrefundable retainer fee of 25% is due at the time of signing/meeting. This secures my services and availability to you going forward.
